Two-component glue machine
Introduction:
- Product Name: Two-component glue applicator, glue applicator, glue dispensing machine, glue injection machine, glue spraying machine, glue applicator.
- Depending on whether the rubber compound needs to be heated, there are two types of machines: heated and unheated.
- Based on the power source, they can be divided into pneumatic and electric types. The electric type uses PLC for precise control and can perform online quantitative measurement.
- Applicable adhesive viscosity: The highest formulation is suitable for two-component adhesives with a viscosity of 850,000 mPa·s (cp) or below, or a viscosity after heating of 850,000 mPa·s (cp). For adhesives with higher viscosity, heating is generally used to reduce the viscosity for easier application.
- Suitable for two-component adhesives containing little or no hard microfillers.
- Different models can be customized for use with 2, 3, 4 or more components.
- By selecting different configurations and controls, the shape of the adhesive strip can be round, flat, curtain-like, or other special shapes.

Note: For each machine, the volume ratios above should be selected within a more specific range. The range of volume ratios used on a single machine should not be too large.

Introduction:
- Suitable for extra-wide workpieces and large-area coating.
- The adhesive strips are either densely arranged in thin strips and evenly distributed, or coated as a single, curtain-like sheet.
- Applicable adhesive viscosity: The highest configuration is suitable for adhesives with a viscosity of 100,000 mPa·s (cp) or below, or whose viscosity after heating is 100,000 mPa·s (cp). For adhesives with higher viscosity, heating is generally used to reduce the viscosity for easier application.
- Utilizing precise PLC control, the two-component adhesive is mixed and stirred online, resulting in uniform, rapid, and efficient dispensing. It interconnects with production lines to achieve automated and highly efficient adhesive application.
