Single-component spraying equipment

Introduction:
  • Different spray guns can be selected to achieve automatic or manual spraying. Heated spraying is an option to reduce viscosity and improve atomization.
  • Air-assisted airless spraying: environmentally friendly, less waste from splattering, highly efficient, produces fine atomization, and results in a decorative coating.
Typical applications: high-end woodwork, precision machinery, heavy machinery topcoat, some wheel hubs, etc. Suitable for applications requiring high surface finish and environmentally friendly, efficient spraying.
  • Airless spraying: environmentally friendly, less waste from liquid splashing, highly efficient, but the coating’s decorative properties are generally average.
Typical applications: PVC undercarriages, containers, ships, steel structures, heavy machinery, etc. This application prioritizes heavy-duty corrosion protection, environmental friendliness, and high efficiency over surface finishing, where surface decoration requirements are not high.
  • Air spraying: results in more waste from splashing, fine atomization, thin coating, and excellent decorative properties.
Typical applications include: mobile phone casings, monitor and television casings, car headlight covers, bumpers, automotive interior plastic parts, and precision small parts. The focus is on spraying small parts with high surface finish requirements and thin coatings.
  • Jet cleaning: Used for jet cleaning of high-precision components such as chips and semiconductors. Specially treated immersion areas can adapt to the special chemical properties of the cleaning solution. Medium or medium-high pressure jet cleaning is used for a cleaner and more thorough cleaning.
